Every summer, the roads of Andorra are filled with passion, effort, and camaraderie during the celebration of “La Purito Andorra”, one of the most demanding and iconic cycling events on the calendar. In it, hundreds of cyclists, both professional and amateur, face a challenge that goes far beyond the kilometers: testing their endurance, their spirit of self-improvement, and their ability to enjoy the journey despite the difficulties.

2025 Edition Recap Video.

We opened the new PORTA CUSTOMS located in the customs area of the Runer river. We celebrated with renewed enthusiasm, mass and blessing by Mosén Pepe Chisvert.

Having won the public tender for the lease of the old information and tourism office, on 18 May we celebrated the inauguration in the company of various authorities, clients and friends.

The Customs Office allows us to speed up the passage of vehicles transporting goods to Andorra.

Together with our robust computer system and a firm commitment to digitalisation, we have managed to multiply our effectiveness and guarantee the traceability and management of vehicles and goods.

Rising fuel prices impact on transport operating costs.

The extraordinary increase in fuel prices, as a consequence of the economic and geopolitical situation we are experiencing, has a great impact on our direct operating costs.

In view of this situation, on 1 March 2022, the Government approved Royal Decree Law 03/2022 to regulate the surcharge for the increase in fuel costs, in article 38 of the aforementioned Royal Decree Law.

Based on this regulation, and in view of the continued increase in the price of fuel, our company is obliged to apply the legally established surcharge from 1 April 2022.

Calculation basis

The reference base for calculation will be the average price per litre in force on the date of our last tariff update, December 2021, published by the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda.

Official average fuel price as of December 2021 = 1.3469 euros per litre.

Calculation system

The calculation system is based on the index of variation of the average price of diesel in December 2021 and the arithmetic average of the weeks of the month prior to its application.
The information on the average weekly price is published weekly by the Ministry of Transport at the following link:

The calculation formula to be applied is: Variation index multiplied by the base fare and multiplied by 0.30.

To facilitate the calculation, we attach the TABLE OF Surcharge percentages to be applied, using the system described in the previous section as the basis and method.

On a monthly basis, we will proceed to the revision of the surcharge percentage according to the calculation system described above and the above surcharge table.
