Complying with national occupational risk prevention laws and all applicable regulations in the countries where GRUP PORTA operates. It also commits to implementing prevention and detection measures for sexual and/or gender-based harassment, in accordance with applicable legislation.
Providing the necessary resources to implement and develop an Occupational Risk Prevention Management System (ORPMS), ensuring its dissemination and promoting compliance across the entire workforce.
